What happens when moderators arent what they seem?

This kind of topic is open. Life is precious, yet at the same time, if it threatens others, I can easily say I sacrifice one for the other.
As living things, we need some form of diet. But in order to feed living things, some things have to go. Based on what reason do we judge that their lives aren't precious?
The same argument goes for death sentence. Because the murderer kills someone, does the laws have a right to take away another living thing's life?
So where should the line be drawn? What determines precious?
The law takes away the life of the murderer to prevent him from doing it again and to make everyone else extra cautious about killing other people, so that the country is safe for people to come and do business and make the country rich. -

i think it's not a moderator issue but more of an individual issue..

what is so wrong about it?
