maybe your family's reaction is probably that they believe that the father does not has any sexual intentions except to wear your underwear cos he find your underwear comfortable?
its probably soft, seasoned and comfy to wear then his underwears.
If you find there is sexual intonation to his action, then best to alert your counsellors to put you in some homes for a while when this matter is investigated. they would know. or you would have to consider living with a female relative until this matter has blown away.
Dont try running away from home or leaving home to live in some other peoples place w/o letting some Counsellors/Legal officers know where you are. It might backfire on you in a lot of ways. -

have you tried 'hiding' the stuff you do not wish to be found? as in, nooks and crannys that are not obvious....
I think since you have already spoken to your sch counsellor, then you should do as he/she adviced. if a relative is not available, try a good friend?
but the way i see it is, can you try to sit down and calmly talk to your dad? ask him why? you can leave the counsellor out of the conversation... but if viciouskitty's suggestion is really true, maybe you can just give him a chance and listen. then explain to him that it troubles you AS A GAL, to have her dad do these things to her personal items.
If this talk does not work out... then go to the counsellor and do as he/she says... -

Which means subpena the sgforums administrator.
