Trust is a choice and sadly your parents choose to distrust you for some reasons, probably as a result of your not-so-good relationship with them. Unless you are ready to mend this not-so-good relationship with your parents, and communicate with them about the way you feel etc, the distrust will always be there.
You're an adult now (I believe you're over 18yr), so you are old enough to make decision for yourself regardless good or bad, and be responsible for your own action. At the end of the day, you only have yourself to answer to since you will be the one who face whatever consequences it may be. So as long as your conscience is clear, that'll be the most important thing. We can't control what other people think etc.

last time when i was in US my parents think that I:
-went clubbing every night
-smoked
-drank (i did drink, but not as much as they thought)
-took drugs
-had mutiple sex partners
to those of you who have seen me, do i seem like someone who wud do all those things?
well, if you never do any of the things she accused you of, don't need to feel afraid. As long as you never betray your own conscience, dun need to worry abt wat others think
I know it will hurt to think that parents can think that we will resort to these kinda activities rather than trusting us, but i have accepted that that's just the way they are...maybe cos they watched too many dramas or heard too many cases when the kids were led astray... -

If I were you, I would just stay home for a week and prove that I'm not hooked on anything. No side effects, no cravings.
Oh, and get a medical report to prove that you're clean. -
