Sentimental Value Issue - How will you handle it?

Alright, here's my problem.
Recently this arcade at Hougang Mall closed and prior to the closing, I got this pair of Eeyore from the supervisor In-Charge which she've reserved for me. I've a customer who's interested in getting this pair of eeyore and I'm contemplating if I should sell it or keep it as momento, afterall, the arcade is now closed.
Maybe someone can advise me on what I should do? -

if u had a hard time catchin it, keep
if it is ur 1st catch, keep

if the price veri high, and u r hard-up, sell

it reali depends on how much u value it loh...is that the onli momento u haf of the arcade?how much do the times spent in the arcade mean to u?
or if ur a generous person, do u think it wuld mean more to u or to the person ur selling? -
