  is there another just like it in the house? if so, you can go buy a "universal" remote controller and just program it..
  
  or you can wander to the manufacturer to get another..
  
  sometimes hardware shops have spares.. could try that too..

  otherwise u go those DIY shops selling hardware. u shld be able to see one.
  
  and, depends wad kind of aircon u use. get a universe one might be cheaper den the original one.
