i feel so guilty for raising my voice...

came back from work at 6 plus today, and my dad was making dinner, so he asked me if i wanted dinner. i replied ok, later.
then i went back into my room and took a short nap. when i woke up, it was late and i felt frustrated that i used the time to sleep instead of completing the work i brought home to do.
then my dad knocked at my door, asking me to come out for dinner. i said i will take it later. a while later, i went out and take a drink and my dad waiting outside, nagging me to take dinner again. i got irritated and shouted at him for nagging. he din say anything, seeing that my mood not good.
i went back room, feeling a bit sorry for raising my voice. now a few hours later, feeling hungry, went out to look for something to eat.
then i saw in the rice cooker, my favourite fried rice with all my fav ingredients, still warm.
Awwww......... i feel so lousy now....... why i shout at him jus now...... -
just tell him that you're sorry tomorrow morning.

actually i am guilty of doing that to my mum too. sometimes when i too tired, i dun even wanna reply her. but everytime she will jus leave me alone when she sees that i dun wanna talk to her. but each time i do that, i feel very guilty. yet i am too pai seh to say sorry to them.
what i do afterwards is i try to find time to chit chat with them... then they will be very happy. -

i used to do tat.
i'd atone it later by buying them food or chatting with them.
but try not to in future, they dun deserve all these. -

i m another one who is bad too.. my temper is damn bad.. & those who are closer to me will suffer worst.. especially when i am under stress.. haiz.. really feel gulity...
