i guess distance isn't a problem as long as you dont mind travelling for your love ones.
For example i live at jurong and my boy live at hougang.
It takes 1hr30 mins to reach eachother place.

As I've said in another similar thread, both of you are still in Singa-bloody-pore, which is actually very small.
Worse is to come, my friend, like BMT confinement and overseas assisgnments. I won't torment you by talking about other couples in real long-distance relationships. -

Distance is not actually a problem, Singapore is not that big also... Me had friends who stay in the areas like Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok and Chai Chee, but their girlfriends stay in the areas like Simei, Woodlands and Jurong East... They all worked out well and now they are married couples...
What me's trying to say is love is for both to nurture and be understanding to each other... Me myself stays in Queenstown but my girlfriend (now's my wife already) stays in Sembawang...
Talk to her and don't always expect others to know what you are thinking... -
