Either she wants or she don't want. Actually she has already told you upfront you two should just be friends. Nothing's really stopping her, very clear-cut.
It's like you know, you lost a bet in lottery. Then you tell yourself what's stopping the lottery agency from giving you the money. But the truth is you don't win. You have to place a new bet again.

Come on, she is just a girl, a human being like you and I. The fact that when you are in love with her makes you want to rationalise her behaviour. She is just a human who will always make mistakes. Don't put too much value on her. When you lose interest in her after some time, you will realise that hey she is not that perfect after all.
