Has anyone here been to the interview conducted by SMU for social science course?
Jus wanna know what are the questions that they ask..
Does any1 have any idea? -
The usual questions:
Are you an introvert or extrovert?
Why did you choose this course?
Do you think you can cope with the workload?
Do you think you will find your lifelong partner in SMU?
Ok, ok. I am kidding.
They won't ask you about being an introvert or extrovert.

going for an interview on wed -
from what i remembered from a friend. the interview would be a group one. mixture of both poly and JC students. a newspaper article would be given to you and elaborate on it. its a group discussion kinda thing you see.
try to talk more during the discussion and at the end of the discussion, you'll be asked to write a compo of 500 words with several topics.

My daughter went last year & she got selected.
Think they ask why u want to join, whether u apply to other uni, what CCA u do, what u need to know abt Soc. Sc. etc
Just relax, don't be intimidated. She says the interviewers very nice, can still joke with her. -

haha i went accountancy.. The questions will differ meh? Mine, 2 yrs ago was we had to do an essay forgot title oredi.. Usual questions like why you chose Social Science. Why SMU. then they will ask you what you know about the degree you are taking. your hobbies.. etc.. cant remember.. anyway not sure if its the same as accoutancy so yah gd luck! hope to see ya in sch!! =)
