  recently i just bought a ticket from sistic for a concert. on my fist attempt to purchase the ticket. the website hang at the last page and the transaction was not complete. therefore i login a second time a few hours later to redo e transaction, this time it was successfully and i receive a conformation email from Sistic. but last night, i realise that they actually sent 2 tickets to me. this is not what i want!!!
  therefore i call them up n told them about it. Result. it got me furious.
  maybe it because there is not competition in e market. therefore their behaviour is downright "irresponsible." it is clear this is their fault as i only receive 1 conformation email after the 2nd try, by them stating i had only purchase 1 ticket.
  but in end they send 2 instead. if they had send me a conformation email by the first time when i tried to purchase the ticket, then there would be no problem.
  this problem is created by Sistic, but now they just dont care n leaves others to clear their shit. what f*** up attitude they have

  when u purchase online, it should clearly state ur seat number.

  for 1st attempt, nothing came out. onli 2nd attempt got confirmation email n seat no. etc...
  when i called them about e problem. they say its my fault cos i didnt double check by calling them fist to check. but what is e purpose of the confirmation email if i still got to call directly n check? somemore their website also didnt say i must call to check. and email cannot be trusted

  first attempt, u should have chosen the price category and the quantity of tix.. then they will give u a seat no. then u decide whether u want or not. so is it u proceeded to payment then hang?
  
  then the second time u tried again, it was another seat no.. ?

  i kena before oso
  when i was using enets to pay for vpost
  vpost webpage timeout, i no receive any transaction confirmation
  but the amt already deducted from my UOB acct
  
  so i wrote to vpost, say i did not receive any acknowledgement
  the record oso no mention i paid
  but amt deducted from my acct
  
  i wrote to UOB
  say transaction not complete. i did not receive confirmation from the website, but money deducted
  
  result.......
  vpost replied and say they checked and found out tt there is indeed such a transaction and will reflect the status as paid
  UOB replied and said will void the transaction, the money is returned to my acct
  
  so, means it is FREE!

  since its sistic who is maintaining e system, so its their responsibility to make sure it work correctly.
  u go coffee shop buy cha kway teow, eat then lau sai for 2 day. eventually found that problem is wif kway teow. so whose fault? u, kt seller o god?
  
  n for this issue, what makes mi so mad is their attitude, so maybe it b'cos they have e monopoly here. so can dont care loh. do anything they like lah. wtf

  I was at the Music for Good Friday concert. I went to Millennium at Marina Sq and bought the tickets.
  
  The one that sold me the tickets could have been friendlier... but I am not fussy.
  
  Her supervisor though was excellent.
  
  When I approached the counter, her supervisor asked me (Singapore style, no smile) "Yes?"
  
  Maybe because I was not dressed like the "elites"... hey I am just a poor writer!
  
  "I want to buy tickets for the SSO Easter concert"
  
  She went to the stack of brochures that was placed on the counter, picked out one and looked through it.
  
  "Did you mean the Music for Good Friday concert?"
  
  "Yes" I said, a little embarrassed for mixing up Good Friday and Easter. For mixing up the death and the resurrection.
  
  "It is on tomorrow" she said.
  
  "OK" I said. I then proceeded to queue up to buy the tickets.
  
  I don't remember any smiles from the staff but as you can see, they are quite efficient. The supervisor could have simply pointed me to the stack of brochures or handled the correct one to me but she found the correct one and looked through it on my behalf.
  
  By the way, the Beethoven's piano concerto no. 5 was excellent and left me breathless and panting when it was over... just from listening to the performance.
