Criminal intimidation – Whoever threatens another with any injury to his or her person, reputation or property, or to the person or reputation of any one in whom that person is interested, with intent to cause alarm to that person, or to cause that person to do any act which he or she is not legally bound to do, or to omit to do any act which that person is legally entitled to do, as the means of avoiding the execution of such threat, commits criminal intimidation.[
The penalty is imprisonment of up to two years, or with a fine, or with both. If the threat is to cause death or grievous hurt, or to cause the destruction of any property by fire, or to cause an offence punishable with death or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years or more, or impute unchastity to a woman, the punishment is imprisonment of up to seven years, or with a fine, or with both.

Just go to the police station, tells the PO what happened and get your statement ready. Once that is done, PO can copy to your school discipline master and continue from there.
If there is physical harm on you; that statement regards to the phone calls will be utilised to put your person that threatens you, attackers and the instigators in a lot more trouble then they thnk possible. -

Arghh.. The person called back and threatened me again. I really have got no idea who that person is or what that person is related to. But I believe he's in the same school as me, and somehow, he knows what class I am in.. =/
