Hi all this is mine veriiiii first post
How do you all find motivation ? [Eg : Motivate yourself to do something]
Ever heard of Adam Khoo ? He is a self-made millionaire [ www.adam-khoo.com ] [Not meant to advertise ar ] He give talks eg :how to be successful in life etc ...
One of my friend's son had just attended his super teens learning camp [ $1000+] At the end of the session they did motivate his son and quite a number of ppl cried ! They motivate them until they cried and I think this is a so-called " No pain no gain " motivational course .
Other sources of motivation are : Songs that makes you cry [ I recomend "Hero" by Mariah Carey {Pardon me fer spelling} , there is a hidden mge in the song ! "Don't give up so easily when troubles comes becoz there is a "hero" in everyone's heart that does not make you give up so easily and so on ......" "If he can do it why can't you ? " What is stopping you from achiving from the things you want ? If you can stop that thing then I'm sure you can achieve the thing you want . Have a goal Have an objective !

im only motivated by my monthly paycheck. and i find the song hero cheesy.

i attended one of his sessions b4. yea he's good at teaching us how 2 make money n stuff n motivating people.
but i feel tt his talks r trying to make people think tt money is everything in this world. too focused on money money and more money.
well it's juz my personal opinion. no offence to adam khoo or any of his fans if they happen to read this -

You can slack but if you choose to work hard you can get more $ but if you were to slack you will either stay at the same position in that particular office and get the same salary or worst your boss fired you sooo .... must well work hard and get more $ ?

Go ahead forget abt your work and play BUT remember you are wasting your time , life, prepare to be fired by your boss . Worth it ? I don't think so where you can enjoy your work and earn more $ and soon be a millionaire and do whatever you want where you can retire early . So which is better ? The choice is yours -
Some school can have special arrangement where they lower the cost while the public got to pay $1000+ for it . Sure you can use the $ to invest on other thing BUT without the willpower to invest how can you invest big bucks ? Buy 4D You can wait and soon when you strike you will relieased that you had lose more $ , buy stocks ? Sure but isn't it too risky? and end up paying debts ? Felt that their $ had been cheated ? Then why must they attend the 2nd or 3rd day lessons ? They shld have cry after the first day of lesson or first lesson ^^ -
LOL, actually what gives you the impression that I'm slack? I'm motivated by the paycheck, precisely why I work hard for my job. I'm quite happy with my career profile at present, don't worry. Yes, I'm just saying I don't like the song thats all, it doesnt automatically mean that there is anything wrong with your taste.

I am currently feeling really unmotivated by my job. Late daily hahaha. Just dun like my colleauges...actually we never talk coz of generation gap. I wonder is it me ? The job ? or the people ? Now too tired to try other jobs to know if it is a purely "me" problem. Just wondering if any other people had experiences where "people ie colleauge" problem can cause one to feel unmotivated to work. In my previous job, I was much more motivated ...working into late nites, striving for promotion...but not now.
