  many times, the only thing you need to do is to take a break... don't underestimate the power of sleep... a good meal... good sex... good times with friends... a good hobby... very easy, simple, solutions but many people want to find solutions in philosophy, psychology, religion....

  for about one week...
  
  then i relise it was stupid... and after many people who help in in AA...

  take a good break( bad break like mine, no show, will cause more problem...)
  
  and last but not least, find out what happening in you...
  my only aim in my life now, to get out of this fuck up situation and do my best do get my best salary... yup...
