It seem that some forumers, a moderator included, have their own agenda, other than seeking advice.
I hope the integrity of the Aunt Agony forum will be maintained. -
AA don't really provide solution.
Just different views from people and a place for people to rant.
People got to be realistic about the mod role and AA ability as a place for solutions. -

dont that say something ?its the first thing you see...of course we will take it with a pinch of salt but for ppl who are in need of help?they are vulnerable and easily abused if the mods have their own secret agenda and motives -
be realistic.
everyone has his or her own agenda in all walks of life.
teachers, counsellor, politicians, doctors.
don't expect them to be saints, or holy men.
but its also important to identify those who cross the lines, and abuse their authority. -

did you come here to really help people?
I can say honestly sometimes I try but sometimes I don't try because I have my own problems. We are all people and we have our moods. Ultimately, people got to know that only they themselves can help themselves.
You made it seem that people in trouble are totally helpless.
However, from what lots of us know, Q was not really vulnerable and I didn't seem to see that she had been misled or forced into an the movie outing with D. Apologies if this is brought up again.
Much of my shallow experience tells me that problems people face, mostly people created them, by themselves. However, not everything can be taken so seriously and not every time a person rant, we have to run and make things better. Life is not like this.
However, all I can say is that you clearly have a motive. However, you do not represent all of us in your overpowering means to push people's opinions aside.
I cannot represent everyone but I, like the TS, would like AA as it is/was. Non of us has a issue with it. Do you have an issue with the mods? Go speak directly and clearly with the mods. Don't complicate the issues further with your messages that require reading between the lines.
With this said, I know you also have a bone to pick with me and I am sure you will take all effort like vk to steam roll me over at any opportunity. However, face it in life, who has never quarreled with someone, even loved ones. However, we all have the grace to accept, forgive and move on as none of us are saints. I had in all the time, never changed nicks and been straight to the point. So if you have an issue with me, do raise it and see if the air can be cleared. But from my knowledge of your past conversations and actions. I can only say in advance, I will agree to disagree.

hanor hanor, u all open so many threads related to one incident just so that u can state your views and hope people won't miss what you are trying to say. doing this, u all have made AA such a big mess.

I think different people have different intepretation of this. Personally, I never felt this referred to just the mods only. It refered to any o the forumites who surf sgforums and AA in particular and give out advice to ppl. Never has it been that giving advice (non-professional) was limited solely to the mods alone.
I think there is a seperate issue here about the role of a mod esepecially for AA. Some people believe the role of AA should be different from that for other forums. I personally see no diff between the role of mod in AA or elsewhere.
If people wanted to give advice, they don't have to be a mod to do it. If somebody wanted to PM another forumite and ask him or her out, it doesn't require mod status to do so. VK has asked Devil to meet up thousands of times, Devil just didn't agree.
My point is this, different people have different intepretations about what Mod in AA is. And also different intepretation of the heading of AA. Maybe it's confusing, maybe it's wrong, maybe it's politically correct. All I'm saying is please realise the differece in intepretation. -
how come the other mod so quiet? no opinion about this whole issue at all?
