anyone experience the emotion of pity before?

i do experience it but rarely. just hope pple can share.
pls do not give any advice, cos i am just asking pple to describe their experience if they have
i just wanna know about the nature of emotion.
my pity story is related to my brother. i repeat i rarely pity but i just share the moments of pity that i experience.
during that time, i feel and think that my brother is not as good or capable as others in terms of job prospects and others so i sort of have a sad, worry and pity feeling for him. -
I have once which leave me a deep impression.
My grand mother's sister live alone very far, so she used to travel to my house during weekend to see my grandmother..
Recently, I think she got some mental illness so she stop visiting us.
You know, one old lady travel soooo far alone.. Then when she is going home, I kinda pity her abit because her family member no care about her de..
Quiet worry about her journey to and fro. -
Old folks collecting cardbox boxes and drink cans for a living.

used to feel pity alot, but now no more because i realise most people whine more than they should.

cos i know a lot of pple dont like it when pple pity them...
somehow i dont like this emotion...cos not sure if it'll hurt mi more or the person im pitying more if he/she knows that other pple pitying him/her... -
Compassion? Everytime I see disabled (blind, maimed) out in the strees selling stuffs or doing work for the sake of earning money, my heart feels a sting. Everytime I see an old man or old lady at the streets selling tissues, my heart feels the pain.
I feel pain everytime I see elderly still working despite being aged. Even if some of them wanted to do something so as not to stay idle, still my heart feels the pain for they are already in their twilight years and still working. -

Me too. Also those who goes ard asking people to buy their tissues. I've seen before one time when the old uncle asked a rich couple to buy his tissue, the couple just ignore and says "no". I just cant figure out why they can afford a BMW, shopping trips and luxury goods but they cant sacrifice a dollar to help the old man. I also pity those elderly when they board a bus and couldnt get a seat. Those people are just blind and never gives up the seat for them.
Sometimes they would risk falling down and i feel kinda worried and pity for them. -
