First of all this involves 3 people a,b and c
a is a 17 yr old boy studying in sec 4, all 3 are studying in the same class , b and c are best friends whom both are female, a have feelings for b , but didnt know if b have feelings for him , b have mentioned that she dont like guys of her age ,a is 1 yr older that b , she's 16 , a and b shared the same interest and felt easy communicating , one day b didnt came to school , c asked a if a missed her , a felt embarrassed to say yes , c talked to a about good points of b and told a that b is a good choice for a and asked a for a percentage of liking for b , a felt embarassed to answer also, c told a that b is sicked on that day and told a to sms b to see how's she feeling , a didnt do so, the next day b came to school , c asked a for the percentage again and b also asked a for the percentage , a didnt answer and just smiled , one day on msn a asked c for the person that b liked , c didnt answer although a pleaded her , but was told the person is in the same school , b's birthday is coming soon and a is didnt know whether to ask her out anot or just give her a bday gift , a have never been through a bgr be4 and is worried about breaking a girl's heart cause a's family was a broken one when a's parents divorced when he's small and whether b and c is already hinting that both a and b should be together -

If both A and B have feeling for each other but because one didn't take initiative, and when a relationship is gone it's too late to think back. -
Simple case.
First, ask A if he is ready for a relationship.
Ask A, if he is mentally prepared for the ups and downs of a relationship.
Remember that a relationship takes a lot of time, effort and emotional stability to make it work and last.
If the relationship work, two person will benefit. If it doesn't, two's person future will be affected, and 2 person will be agonised.
If he is ready. Then go ahead and let B know he has special feelings.
B and C are good friends. B probably told C about her feelings.
C is acting as a messenger and to help "test water" for B.
