  guys, i tihnk that i might have a slpin disorder??
  my case is...
  weekdays, slp 7~8 hours
  1st3 hours OK
  after that, yawn like mad
  wekends8~10
  dun yawn often...
  i dunoe y i yawn, i wan to stop it...
  howver, the biggest question,
  do i have a slpin disorder?

  yawning is normal

  as long as you don't yawn while sleeping, you are normal.

  yaWning is because your brain doesn't get enough Oxygen. When you got yawn, try drink water.. followed by breathing deeply.
