  Where in soulwinners contract mention that the company will compensate the client in the even that one staff is missing from the catering event?

  Pray tell, which caterer is this and which event was it supplied to?
  
  And how long you have been in business?
  
  I am always on the look out for good cheap caterers to caters for companies event.
  
  And the events are usually held at highly classified locations, so all staffs need to be screened and approved. So would you prefer that a black mark be put on your deliquent staff for all the future?

  I deal with mostly high-ended pirvate functions. We are a outsourcing company that provided serviced staff, and other support to our client(caterer). Since it was my co fault for not providing what the caterer need.They deem the right on refusal payment for the service. I hoped i do answer your question
