Cos seriously, even if the person ganna caught, they are not fined immediately.
takes a few months before that guy is charged and the fine amount meted out to the smuggler.

I only know that if you are smoking 'illegal' cigarettes that is import from other countries & you're caught, you need to pay a fine of $200.
So it's up to you to decide loh. -
