  Frankly no one knows what the problem is.
  Better see the doctor. See two doctors.
  One senior, 50+ years old doctor, and the other a young doctor.
  
  The senior doctor will tell you off hand what he thinks is the problem. Due to his experience he may be correct, but he may be wrong. Hopefully you can go back and he can rediagnose you problem.
  
  They young doctor will follow his training, and treat you according to your symptoms, and by process of elimination, and consultation, arrive at the root of the problem.
  
  The responsibility for your health rest on you.
  
  Side note:
  You have heard of stories of people who see the doctor in the morning, for chest pains, given a nothing-wrong-with-you-go-back-and rest diagnosis, and in the evening die of a heart attack.
  This is true and is still happening, and is unavoidable.
  This may be due to partial blockage of the coronary blood vessels. The doctor see no serious threat and the heart is beating normally. But there are dangers, a clot (DVT ?) may be floating around, and get lodged at the partial blockage.
  Or the coronary arteries may be deterioriated, hard and cracking up due to age and unhealty lifestyle. The doctor listen to the heart and hears a healthy heart, but in the evening, the dried up artery cracks up due to some strain and there is a heart attack.
  It is up to you to take care of yourself and not be too trusting of the doctor.

  It's better to see a doctor for a checkup...
  
  Cardiac arrest is a silent killer and can happen to anyone, regardless whether you are young or old, fit or weak...

  Next time, to be safe.. Request to see a specialist. Request for the appropriate scan / test. Request to see another doctor or for 2nd (even 3rd) opinion when you're in deep doubts.

  ECGs revealed nothing unusual.

  ECG sometimes don't reveal much details...
  
  Maybe you can go to National Heart Centre for a cardiospecialist...

  I had my yearly check up in hospital nad is seeing cardio, and did threadmill echo and stress test recently, revealed normal but i still have pain on and off. don't know why. sometimes can't breathe.
