  it happened to me before. Without any reason I would just feel depress and felt something is missing. Heart beating fast. Poor appetite. Even cried a while. But it eventually go away though. All I need is a 'space to breathe.'
  
  Whatever it is, go out have fun. or Take a breather, go for a stroll. Maybe the mind is telling you that it needs a break.

  is it bcos you no money? I think people with no money will get depress easier. People with no gal will get depress? I nvr think that can be a cause.

  You must have had a change of diet or something lah........... Sudden reduction in the intake of sugar could cause such a "depression" too. D
  
  You should drink more water, plan an exercisee regime and work out and have lotsa rest.
  
  If this doesn't help one bit, go get an appointment at IMH.......... !
