Hey pple, do u all visit other forums??(curious)
recently, i went to take a look at the other forums, somehw there seem to have 2 sickos in them but nt here.
they kept spiting each other with those uncivilised languages! its realli disgusting.
they even drag their parents down!

Well, it's basically becoz of the flamings that many of us prefer to stay here, rather than go else where. I'm one of them who stop visiting other forums.
That's becoz we aim to promote harmony here. Even when there's a dispute, we do compromise and avoid using flowery languages. Besides whenever there's gonna be a disturbance, many of us will move in to settle it... Think that's how community living works. and I'm glad u r appreciating the peace... =)
For a moment, when I read the topic, I got scared, coz I worry someone feels that the crap toking and so-called buaya-ing has gone too far.. ehehhe~ PPHEEEWWW~!!

If u all been there, u all will see my name too ....... and if u all have been following, haha.......u all should know that i just tried to stop them ...... but seems like they just attack at any1 that come across their paths, haha ........ i also give up on them liao lar........... now sgforums is in a mess except here, hopefully they dun come here will do...... the rest i dun care.
Actually was in a foul mood that day and their posts just pissed me off, haha...... Think bear, sad soul and a few others here will know my temper and what kind of person i am, haha...... rite bear?

For those who are still ard.. maybe u wanna vist wat's happening to Chit Chat... I really hope that they wun come and mess up AA. If they are to come and mess our domain up, I think we really have to speak to our moderators abt this.. aka nivlek, if not I'll try to get him to speak to chief if some of us can help watch over our home...

I suppose what u mean by "other forums" is other columns within sgForums.
The personal feud between vidz and Dune (they could even be the same person??) and the language they used is definitely untolerable in web BBS ethics. And guess what?? The moderators and the administrators aren't even doing anything to remedy the situation.
I was an ex-bbs administrator before during my varsity days. That's why I understood what is web BBS ethics. The idea of a web forum is to exchange ideas and pointers, not sending abuse to the other party's parents, particularly making comments on other people's parentage.
I wonder what is the original purpose of setting up this forum. Look at the mess. None of the moderators nor the administrators are doing anything to remedy it. I think they are just a bunch of immature youngsters who don't even know what are web BBS ethics.
And guess what?? The posting done by Funeral regarding personal issues of forumites was actually done by a moderator hiding behind another nickname, as what I was told by an ex-forumite. If this is true, imagine how I am looking at things from the eyes of an ex-bbs administrator.
Even if u moderators and administrators are reading this, I hope this gives u a tight slap in your faces. Cos u guys deserve it. U aren't doing your jobs properly. If u can't manage your own responsibility properly, might as well shut this forum down and save your money for better causes. :angry:

I understand that there maybe be limitations, that's y if he really cannot moderate AA, I hope that he can in some ways help us to get a moderator for AA. It's best if it's from one of us here if possible. At least, I really really hope that someone is watching over this forum, so that there's a haven in the midst of the surrounding storm... Haiz... now I know what's its like being late. Yes both Vidz and Dune were (are?) a big pain. What I do was to agree with Atti and I got dragged in by Vidz... just ignore them and stay away from Chit Chat.
