Anger & frustrations.

That despite I've tried to do my part in return to the betrayals humans have served upon me. I'm been flamed and labelled with a black name for the stand of my duty. That though I've never before cared at all about what others see of me... Because of my non-interest in crossing paths with others, there're people who took opportunities to set me on flames...
People who have no shame yet is free to carry on with their MISDEEDS though it's PRETTY OBVIOUS to what they're trying to do....
BETRAYAL and FLAMES. That I'm slowly no longer in control of my ANGER and FRUSTRATIONS....
TELL ME WHAT SHALL I DO?
TELL ME HOW CAN EVEN ONE LEARN TO FORGIVE? TRULY? -

I think maybe you should stay away from this forum until all these died down?
The more you say, the more they will flame you...and if you can't take those and are uncomfortable with them, it is a sign that you should take a break from all this for a while...
And if you are really innocent, why care about what the others said?

I think there're 2 ways to solve my problem...
1. Stays in a Devil mode.
2. Train myself to control it again, perhaps in a different way? Hmm. I think this could be done. As I've noticed myself too. This can work. Perhaps just need time for it to work better?

1. try to control it. take a deep breath everytime u read something you dun like ie the flames, and come back to it later. dun reply to it straight away, reply only when you are cool and calm.
2. walk away. like that you wun be subjecting yourself to things that irritate you. -

devil, is this really just due to what's happening in the forum??
u need to find some way to release the build up feelings... try taking up something like boxing, dragonboating, something that makes you give ur all... and leaves no time to think....
hmmm maybe what rainee suggested is right... take a break from the forum. put things back into perspective...
remember, the ppl here are virtual... with a few that may be exempted, these are not your friends... your friends are out there, in ur life. -
There is such a thing as karma. Even if you do not do anything, these people will succumb to their accumulated wrong doings and reap the harvest of wicked deeds.
A simple example:
Let's say A is a petty person who has offended you. Being petty by nature, do you think he will just offend you alone? No, he will go on to offend many more others. Eventually when he has offended too many of the wrong people, he will get his dues.
Similarly if you consistently do good deeds, eventually your efforts will benefit the right people who will reward you many times over once they become successful. -
And at least through this incidents, you can tell who are your real friends and who aren't...
perhaps you have been too committed here for the past years... it's time to embrace the next chapter of your life.

Many ways to de-stress. Just dont let these get into ur head too much until it affects your ability to function at work and around others.
We all have felt anger and frustrations. Its how we deal with it that counts. I admit i have dealt with anger , stress and frustrations in ways that are not recommended. But just make sure you dont harm yourself and others in doing so. -
