I am the captain of my sch's kayak sprint team, but actually I am a no substance guy. I got chosen cos the teacher thinks I am a good boi.
Now after one year, I look back and found out that I achieve almost nothing out of it. I screw up my own team, almost cos internal fighting. Luckily got my vice-cap to save the situation all the time. I think I am a lousy captain. I am easily convinced by other, thus I change decision easily.
I know this is my weakness, I am not firm on my decision, but most of the time I change decision is because I know their decision is better than mine.
I am always feeling that I am such a letdown,cant help it. Don't ask me to quit, I am stepping down in 1 weeks time.

Read Singapore politics forum... If u r firm, people also not happy... If u r not firm, people also not happy... Dont push all the blame to yrself lah... In fact, the finger should be pointed to yr superior...
So tell me when yr teaher is quitting his or her job..
