Changing yr mentality to combat obesity is highly important!
Tell yrself that u want to achieve yr target of good health and put enough determination to achieve it.
Control yr diet. Eat only the essential meal and normal intake only,pls don take tea break or night snack. Do not attempt to skip any of the three meal. Initial part or the starting of first 1-2 weeks is the most difficult part. Cos u are controlling yr diet and yr body is adjusting to it. It is the time where the temptation is the greatest! As yr mind keep sending out signal and asking u to eat. Perserve and don give in...
If u really cannot control the urge. try to find substitution for munching with pear,apple or orange. Milk can too do the trick. Don take oily and high cholestrol food.
Lastly is to have regular exercise like at least 3 times a week! Jogging or aerobics will do! Make it at least 40 mins session.
