  persistence is the key. I knew her 7 years ago and wanted her since then. after 5 years we finally got together. u must be persistent and show to her that you are really serious about her
  
  but pick ur battles too please. sometimes too persistent can be a MAJOR turn off. so u gotta know when to back off too but let her know u are interested still.

  Just curious, during the 5 years you are wooing her heart, does her have another boyfriend during that period?
  
  As for this topic, I shall say that 3 weeks is too short for both of you to understand each other so it's very difficuit to say whether both of you clicked together or not
