Can't bear to let go....

Going to tender my resignation on monday. But i really can't bear to leave the friendship that i built up there.
I know we can still contact each other thru phone or IM but... the relationship will fade and will never be the same as now.
We are like buddies, sharing many happy and sad topics. Working with them is really fun but i am leaving for a better career prospect leh.
So how huh????

The new company have what i want for my career which my current company can't provide one leh.
That's why i am weighing between career and friendship loh. -

Let me put it this way, if you really care so much about your friendship why go for the interview at the new company? -
Friendship may be precious but you got to think more practically. Where do you get money to feed yourself and your family?

my co has very high turnover. But those who left still maintain close contact and meet up for lunch or dinner occasionally. -

So look at it as an opportunity to expand your social circle.
If you stay because of your buddies.
Will you feel betrayed if one/few of your buddies eventually leave the company to pursue better career elsewhere ?
If you are a true buddy, you will be happy for them when they find better opportunities in life. -

Friends come & go........for those who stay behind treasure them coz that what reals friends are

those who are truely your friends will remain so even if u arent with them anymore. Don't worry you'll still be able to keep in contact with them mah
