i just couldnt not thinking her... especially when i'm alone..
usually, after work i will go my sis house.. today i choose not to go, coz i want to buy some books to read.. but no 1 give me idea, comments.. last time we will together go shopping.. roam around.. but today , i'm alone doing all this thing...

I have read about your 4 year relationship, and I am sorry that you had to go through this. I cannot imagine the pain I would suffer if I were you
I think it would be better if you take some time off from chasing other girls to give yourself ample time to mourn for this rs...then go out with your other male friends, do things to keep your mind off her. I know it is hard, but you gotta try
I know I took a while to recover when my rs with my ex ended...that time I was alone overseas, facing major exams that would determine my grades, my friends there were too busy to be concerned about my break up, but I remember it was the people here who helped me the most to get through it. I bought sunflowers for myself to remind myself to be strong, listen to cheerful music, pamper myself with nice meals. Slowly I began to recover, the world seems like a brighter place and that's when I met my current dear.
Give yourself time to get over the sadness, then remind yourself life still goes on
