  Some people (guru, committee) will write it down after much thought and pondering...
  
  So what you do is, look at what the "best practices" are and ponder the reasons behind them for yourself....
  
  You might say that you have seen people blur blur but make it (Forest Gump) and that is because:
  
  "sometimes lightning strikes (or you win lottery)"
  
  hahahaha life is very weird but that does not mean you do not learn what the "best practices" or "guidelines" are in doing anything... or when you are trying to decide anything...
