Seriously, by now you should understand that you can only lan lan suck thumb. Nothing else you can do.
Thankfully, my BMT wasn't filled with guys like this. Especially not after how they treated us. Still, though my platoon wasn't the most "on", we were the best, because we did whatever nonsense they gave us, and we did it well.
We had the mentality of hard work so that they'll leave us alone, because almost all of us had the serve and fark off mindset. Unfortunately, because we could do the work, we ended up being known as the saikang company. we were legendary then for being able to complete impossible tasks in impossible time.
So learn from us. If you really wanna just slack, just keep reporting sick and do whatever they tell u to do slowly and keep complaining. After awhile they wun give u much to do. Else, u can be like my platoon, keep ur mouth shut, do all that they throw at u, then get ur pink IC n run as far as u can. -

lucky me ORD liao...Army need to be tatical la....when u suppose to garang...u garange and when u can slack,u slack like the countless SOC and ET run...rest like field exercise....u LAN LAN have to chiong.
train foot drills way too garang liao lah...train for IPPT like pull up/push up still ok cos who wish to fail IPPT and get their sat burned for RT. -

Actually I would say you can't blame them, everyone kind like have their own thinking, they would think they going to become officers or specialists is their dream ma....And I would say this all happen during peace time.
If there is a war do you think they will be so many ppl wanted to become officers? Officers in NSF hold quite a gd paid, good welfare and have some authority ........ Look more "sa ki" ma.........

The other day, the sergeat stand by area... then coz we last section mah, so first few section check liao, the sergeat go in the next room check, then some ppl tio push up mah... then mani chao keng, shout the number only, never do, coz sergeat can't see also. Then my section mates kpkb, say many people chao keng... then tell me better not do it.

During my recruit time, I got into most "siao on" coy and most "siao on" platoon. I wanted to geng but come to think of it, what's the point? Yes you might think "2 years only what, serve and **** off. I not signing on also so siao on for what?"
But let me tell you something. This 2 years can really make alot of difference in your life. Would you rather to become clerk or storeman everyday 8-5 and learn nothing? Or go for OCS or other vocation which you learn something useful in life?
I'm glad that I didn't geng during my recruit time if not I won't be a medic now learning so much things and going for interesting ambulance calls. -
