Go shopping, after that eat find a nice cozy restaurant to eat, then shop some more until tired, then drop in a bar/pub, have a few drinks.

If you strictly segregate the dating places from the family places, and strictly believe that couples cannot go to family places on dates, you will find that there is nothing to do.

Do simple things like go for a walk along the beach, eat dinner together, have chat and tea-time together etc. not necessary must spend and indulge often in luxuries and leisure as a gal who sincerely loves a man with marriage in mind, will not make the guy spends money like "water flowing from a tap". She should be considerate.

these are the places that you might wanna to visit.
Changi Beach. (quiet, with good food nearby, romantic, cleared sky filled with starts, probably the best location for petting and cuddling, you can even dance on the sandy beach with your mate, bring along candles to lit up the dark environment)
Marina Bay Harbor (i forgotten the exact name). Quiet and romantic. the top floor of the building opened up till 11pm. Sky filled with stars and enjoy the sea breeze together.
Last of all, you might try out restaurant (Menotti), Romantic dinning setting for couples. It is at raffles city, jus behind Espirit. Food is good compliment with excellent service delivery.
