why do i have to be in the same class as them?

hey, i guess we're both on the same boat. i also sorta suffered the same fate as you but in a different way. in fact, my current classmates(most of them guys)are very obsessed with online gaming, dota and anime which is not my cup of tea. so i think i'm worse off than you as i may have to stay with them for like the rest of the 3 yrs.Originally posted by gigabyte14:the scenario:

what should i do?
i have to suffer six weeks of no friends every friday of the week!
and i realised that the rest of them usually clicked well with each other while i seemed to be the only one left out. -

We are placed in different places and scenarios all the time.
Like what Kenplus says, sometimes you have to adapt to the environment instead of the environment to you.
Its like grouping in poly, where you can't really choose your group mates. Later on there's NS, and it can be really bad if you don't adapt.
If you don't like to discuss/talk about stuff like that, you could always listen and smile, or start another topic. Or alternatively, just sit in a corner and wait til they start other topics before joining in.
This will happen a lot of times in your life, so it depends on how much you want to make friends, or how much you want to be alone.
If all else fails, just sit on your seat and play yr psp, listen to your mp3 player or play with your HP. Time will just fly by before you know it~

u r lucky dat ur class pple r willing to share corny things wif u. at least they r not pretenders who act like saints. learn to live wif it cos next time go NS, there will be more interesting things to come.
learn from novel 'Xiao Au Jiang Hu' the main lead guy, Ling Huchong. he can make friends wif everyone include rapists, baddies who happen to be loyal friends - much better than those 'ming2 men2 zheng4 pai4. -
