give me a shock of my life, as i am about to sleep, looking at myself in mirror suddenly i felt my eye blur (1 eye blur) lke not clear, blury, give me a sock i look in mirror saw like a small pus(small whitish) thing inside my inner eyelid, i tried to press it , it never go away, it is stuck there, make me blury, whitish inside inner eyelid, what is that, does it cos my eye a bit blur? like something blockingn my eye, before that a bit pain, then nbow ok, exccpt i feel something block my eye vision. a bit blury ,not bad. what is it . i panic, now my heart is beating fast and panting. could it be i rub olive oil onto my hair just now, still oily hair and face. i press and press the blury still there, that whitish still there.
how to see middle of night, hope anyone can just reassure or have gone thru, share what is that?

your eye care routine is not clean enough. Contact lens wearer are even more prone to these things. My guess is, its just an eye infection. No need to worry. Go see Doctor and Get some eye drops to clear up the problem. If you wear lens, make your cleaning routine is good.

Does it look like a pimple on the underside of your lids? My eyes are very sensitive and I keep getting it although I don't wear glasses or lens.
Doc recommend me to use a towel, rinse it with hot/warm water then press against the lid for about 5 minutes. Do this every 3 hours or so. This opens up the pores and allows the pus to be cleared.
If you see doc, he'll likely give you antibiotic to squeeze into the eye. Worse come to worse, surgery.
