Well.. it's a incentives to work with girls, especially pretty ones
Oh boy anyway why would you feel weird? Just treat them as normal friends and join them for lunch or outing sooner or later you will feel much closer to them like your normal buddies. To complete a project as a team, you need to build up good r/s with them.
