  but if the person who have the card dont have the pin, he/she cant do much with it right.... but better to cancel and perhaps make another new 1/replace a new card? bring IC and passbook for verification and stuff

  ... just report lost. If only atm card, the person most probably cannot use it without your pin.

  ask for normal atm card. den ask to apply a new debit card. might have annual charges though but some ppl seem to be able to get em free.
