  if u had been terminated by yr ex company for theft,misconduct.......... n u did nt tell yr prensent employee is the present company able to find out tat u had been terminated before. if yes hw do they find out?

  and if you are working in he same industry, Singapore is very small and many people in the same industry know many other people in the same industry.

  MOM won't care... if the new company find out, the most they sack you but they might not sack you also... depends on company policy and the boss...

  They will noe automatically if u r been terminate before...
  
  Anyway, b4 u enter a company, u will have to sign a declaration form with one of the questions asked " Have u been terminate or suspended by previous company?"... If u lied but got in the company and got find out, the company has the right to take action on u... I do not noe wat action anyway...

  they can always contact your last employer to find out.

  well, in your application, you always have to indicate your previous job / company ? sometimes they do call back & check. If not, its the job agency who will do that.
  
  Otherwise, if your industry is very small, word do get around one.
  
  If you don't want them to find out, either you don't mention about your tenancy at the previous company or you come up with some reason - say resign or something.
