She is most likely insecure. You need to EARN her trust. Just because you are her bf, does NOT means she must trust you 100% automatically. OK?
You need to ask yourself what is it you want.
Do you prefer she don't bother what you do or where you go ?
That you call her as and when you feel like it ?
A relationship is not just about kiss kiss hug hug... there's also emotional accountability that comes with it.

My Girlfriend is the same league as TS's, and she dislikes me to go out with anyone else or bring anyone home, but when I do tell her, the damage dealt/received is minimised on both parties.
Trust building takes time and losing trust could happen in an instant, basically the reason why I try my best to practice transparency in our relationship.
Maybe you should try too, and instead of just 'yessing' your partner, why not get her involved and explain to her your plight, which would probably end up in a quarrel or meet the wall of denial. So why not just accept it, i.e if you love her enough -
