There are better ways to deal with stress/boredom than binge eating. Why not go bowling? Why not go KTV? Why not go for a swim? I know this might sound difficult... But you can try to alter your habit... Do something else... Like if you're stressed or unhappy then do a sports or something? Nice and slim......
Then after her eating habit consumes her, she was 3 times the size before she got her stroke...
now, she is back to about 68kg.... all her skin saggy from the changes.
