  the ones u neglected for the past 2 times
  indulge in soccer, beer, clubbing
  or u can choose wakeboarding, diving, rock-climbing
  or PSP, xbox360, dota, neopets
  best is come sgforums crap.......then join outing.....make new frens

  For me, i usually will try to go out more with friends and do the things I like, such as swimming, karaoke, or catch a movie.
  
  Also, it will be good to talk it out. Talk about why u two break up, either to friends or family. I talked to my mum about my second relationship after my gf broke up with me, and my mum gave me several perspectives which I myself didn't thought of. In the end, it helped the healing process better, and i recovered from the break-up faster than I did from the first, and subsequent ones.

  perhaps it's games, going out with your buddies or something...
  
  just keep yourself occupied, but don't over-do it..

  watching anime and drama series and movies are good idea too
  
  reading books and newspaper is good for your knowledge
  
  of playing online games like counter-strike or dota or gunbound or watever
  
  u can try any of the above
  
  if not SLEEP and your life will be back to square one again
