I start this thread bcos the original thread by dyingpainfully was locked, and I can't post my reply to:

P/S: For Moderators: I don't see the need to lock the thread. If TS doesn't want to reply, so let it be and the thread will come to a natural end. Just bcos one or two forumers called for the thread to be locked, doesn't mean you have to follow!
However, you may give notice not to discuss something other than the subject matter in the thread or otherwise in another category. -
