As long as smelly uncle doesn't becomes touchy uncle, it's not that bad to have some communication with him.
And it doesn't matters if you have to lunch alone, how long is your lunchtime anyway?

Actually i can deal with having lunch alone. but is no one to chat with during lunch hour. Coming to work and saying only these - 'good morning boss' and work till knock off. SOOOO boring! hai~ -
move on only when you found another job, btw the market is still good

Small company is like this, mostly doing trading only, like it or not, there is no one to refer to, you have to perform multi tasking, but you learn alot, get the experiences and switch to a more bigger and reputated organisation, by then there will be alot of colleagues talking to you. But then big organisation also have big politic issues. Pros and Cons -
