Ok, my source is from a Marie France Bodyline skin care beautician, Jurong point, she told me about it. Same when I consulted a caucasian skin specialist (a beautiful Ang Mo) Estee Lauren Skin care centre at City hall, Robinson. She being an Ang Mo, know better. -
I think i am quitting swimming for a few reasons.
My back is starting to itch!
Think it is the start to become messy.
The last time i had a sunburnt was when i was up the aples, couldn't feel anything and there was no pain, but on the fifth day...skin started to come off from my face, i looked really ugly that time. The dead skin were thick, black and hard...it was really horrible, so the next time when i was up the alpes, i had a SPF50 cream on the face and was okay.
This time, i had totally forgotten that it was far more worst than the first sunburnt i had...so i am to blame.

I dont think U can do much except put the gel and wait for the peeling to stop...anyway since the burn is on ur lower back...U can wear some oversized tshirt to cover...just make sure U take care of the front.Originally posted by Nessie:I am using the Aloe Vera gel. What Aloe vera do it to reduce the pain, make u feel cooler so that your own skin care peacefully built themselves back ok.
You have to bear with it, now you learned a lesson, next time just dun do it.
