again from your sentence, i don't know what you are trying to say, what you have mentioned, happens to everyone, once in their lifetime, there are always ups and downs in your life, and in order to recover from the setback, needs time, and sometimes, our past will haunt us.
perhaps your understanding skill is not good enough thenOriginally posted by allentyb:![]()

true.Originally posted by january:I feel that people do grow from bad, negative, fearful, angry and sad experiences. Sometimes, we do not reflect and realise that they have shaped us to who we are today. Just my opinoins.
but i am atheist...Originally posted by bbmars:I totally understand. I had such experience from childhood and it had affected me very much in almost everything I did. But I turned out to be sure one positive guy after some traumatic changes in life. Now I had moved on and a very independent, more confident and strong in character too. I am not praising myself for it, but I undergone changes very much to many poeple who had never knew the way I was before.
Much of the changes comes when I began to have self believe, believe in GOD and many things starteed changing because I started to see things differently as before... It took me some 6 yrs to turn back the clock, but by then, I had actually missed much of my childhood, teenhood?. In some ways, you can say I missed those years where most kids are doing whatever kids are supposed to do, but not me. On the other hand, I became more matured, much more than my age and even more than most guys in their 20s.. because, I had seen a different light. And because of this, I looked much more older than I really was then....
Anyway, things too turn good for me later and ..... here I am
Yeah, we nurture and grow thru experiences with others.Originally posted by january:I feel that people do grow from bad, negative, fearful, angry and sad experiences. Sometimes, we do not reflect and realise that they have shaped us to who we are today. Just my opinoins.
I try to become a hero in the past.Originally posted by angel7030:Yeah, we nurture and grow thru experiences with others.

Some become mouse and hide themselves
Some become lion and try to be hero when hero die first
Some become chimpazine and start to cheat and playful.
Some become hippo and start to neglect, drink and sleep
Some become tiger and start to shout, anger, and gamble away
Some become/....etc etc
But in the end, all must and shall die and perish in the thin air.
bravo.. I agree.. the most impt thing is to learn from what happened...Originally posted by BadzMaro:People will always grow from experiences. Its whether they learn it as a lesson or take it as something bad happening to them n continue to transform them into anger n frustration and stray themselves from the right path.
Every mistake we make , every bad decision , wrong and hurtful situation is always a result of our own actions and also inactions of another.
I totally understand what T.S means. We will never know whether the bad experiences , the bad incidents that never shouldve have happened , happened to us... and why. But it happened. N from that it may have shaped our character and opened our eyes. Some go downhill from there , some learn from it and try to climb back up with the burden of fear, anger and frustration weighting on their back There are many instances , where we all experience a different experiences in life. Maybe not the same but similiar , but how we handled the situations may differ and the result is what we are today.
The memories will always haunt us. But its the ability of the person to learn from it and change for the better. He himself will chose the path he has chosen and through every action he makes he can feel and know the end result , and with every path chosen he can either correct the sail or continue on with self destruction.
but seriously , i have always asked myself that question. That is one of the questions i ask myself every day when people ask about bad experiences in life. Am i a better person after what transpired years ago ? I can say yes.. and until today i have regretted the actions and decisions i have made upon myself and others. The marks i left on others and the repercussions of those actions on me today.Did i do what i had to do right ? even though it was wrong , but based on the situation and the state of mind , i thought it was the best possible course. What would i be like if i have never experienced all those events and painful lesson ? I will never know, but i know i am who i am today.
And that is to mind my own business...Originally posted by bluejuice:bravo.. I agree.. the most impt thing is to learn from what happened...
yes, whatever you experience in life shapes & mould you that is if you learn from it.Originally posted by january:I feel that people do grow from bad, negative, fearful, angry and sad experiences.
