I reccomend u to use neutrogena facial cleanser and find a dermatologist.
for me. i used to have serious serious breakouts.
so i went to this doc at Gleneagles.
Doc Lim Kah Beng medical clinic.
for a man of his age.. like 50s-60s.. his skin looks better than mine!! ( envy

Within a month of his prescibtions. my acne outbreak drastically dropped to about 90%.
Usually other doctors wouldnt disagree with you going under more exp lazer treatments or whatever for your acne/[imle scars.
but what he says is true that if you want to get rid of your scars.
its best to go under medication to heal your body from inside first before going for lazer treatments for scar removal that can cost u thousands of dollars because if ur not healed from the inside, even after lazer your pimple would come back and scars would reappear again. -

* sleep more.
* drink more water.
* eat more fruits and veggie.
* avoid oily and fried food.
* cleanse ya face often.
it doesn't cost much and it's effective.

hmm... to me, i think 10 - 12 pimples are moderately quite serious condition. Are they big or small one? i've tried clean & clear acne cleanser & acne speeding clearing gel.... But think this cleanser is under controlling my pimples... i tried oxy 10, but not really working well....

personally, i feel that your case may be caused by hormones. u may feel that your pimples are under control, but it maybe just controlling the exterior, & not inside. & i doubt it will work after a while...
Still, i will feel that going to a certified skin doctor will be the best solution for u. Face leh, dont play play... will cost u probably around $100 to $200 depending on where u are going. But I feel is 100% worth it... -

10-12 pimples woh recomend U GO SEE DOC, last time got 1 fren face condition like mark lee also,but after gettin the right medication and cream his face now OK!
