Not totally their fault too. I like to work alone, but i will not hesitate to include people in during group works. Usually when they ask if anything needs to be done, i usually will say "its ok", unless its really super heavy load.
Its not that i look down on people, i am used to it. I will never reject if somebody tells me "I will do this this this", instead of asking "can i do this?"
I think they will not reject your effort if you tell them what u wanna do and do it.
Of course, there are people in my class who thinks i am proud, but there are people whom i believe enjoys working with me (not leechers). -

i guess i'm more of a team person den. If a job is deligated to us, i feel that is is more approiate to meet up and discuss eg. which part you do and which part i do rather den not saying anything, mail me the complete project and say "nah, this is wad u have to present"Originally posted by ChingAlvin:Not totally their fault too. For me, i really cannot bring myself to "assign" tasks, i would really prefer people to choose tasks on their own and tell me, and i dun think i will reject.
If nobody asks, i will finish the work myself and send it to my teammates.
I think u have to take one step forward, and i think they wont reject you. I cant say for sure coz i dont know if its their nature or they are proud. -
