how to motivate a sick and partially handicapped person who has lost all interest in life?
he is old, unable to work, poor, health is failing him, has no children, no strength, poor eyesight, and poor memory. -
Try suggesting that the gates to jeaven will be closed soon if he doesn't hurry up!

why is he still working?

he is not working anymore..in his 50s only..but no one wants to hire him because he is partially blind and has no strength. he wants to work very badly..

refer him to CDC
where he stay?
can check via cdc web page which CDC he need to visit.
key in his postal code on CDC web page.
get him to attend "meet the people session" "MPS" near his HDB heartland.
ask him to get help e.g. Comcare assistance.
@ CDC apply for public assistance.
if he cannot work due to medical problem, get ready medical certificate from which ever doctor or hospital certify him medically unfit when visit these people @ governments agency. -

Just now, while having lunch with my gal frens, an old man partially blinded with a woman holding him along, came to us to sell tissue papers. we bought a 3 for $1, I think you can help your so call partially handicapped person to sell tissue papers too. -

maybe bring him to some community centres etc that he will find companion.. juz singing, playing music etc.. many senior citizens like to do that..
but i understand that he's blind.. living in darkness is v v scary..
