Hey....are u sure being short is a disadvantage....?
Because I see alot of short people who are more self-determined and more driven, than average or tall people....
Just see urself as an example......now you are experiencing a process of personality training......u will become more hardworking and wanting to prove urself....
This process is lacking among average and tall people....
So, are u sure its a disadvantage, coz the way I see it, I think it can be an advantage in life....
Alot of short people are very successful, in their career, and also socially.....thats what I have noticed around me......and thats what I read also in books.....
I think its called Napoleon Syndrome or something....where short people always feel somewhat insecure and inferior, and as a result, trying to compensate and exert more effort to becoming successful...
Napoleon is one example of a great man who is short....another one is....do u know which leader LKY said in interviews he is most impressed by? Deng Xiaoping...LKY said he is short, but he's a great man...
So u see....Im not so convinced that having a good training in life is bad....

Height increase surgery is available, but not sure if it is available in Singapore.
But it is very expensive... 5 digits expenses.
Plus you will be handicapped for several months during recovery.
Recovery can be very painful as it involves cutting your leg bones and tendons etc.
I believe you are too old for hormonal therapy.
But I may be wrong.
The results are usually an increase of about 2-3 inches.
Not very much, but to some they are willing to take whatever results they get. -
relax la i am also 160 and i now 21+++. BE optimistic. try to focus on work and earn those $$$$$. love will meet u during ur way to $$$$$$.

Serious no joke, this is what a stewardess in Ripley's Believe It or Not did,, shes short and not qualified to be stewardess and she did what i told you as that is her dream to be stewardess
But for your case , you really have to accept that you're not tall. 160cm is still consider ok. PLus most gal are not that taller than 160cm too.
btw, the cost for operation of that stewardess is very expensive.. Ripley's Believe it or Not didnt state how much but.. everything comes a price... Do you knw that the operation success was 50% and do you know if that operation fails, she will be paralysed... U still wan to be higher ?

Just stop playing your balls and start playing basket balls, everday b4 each meal, jump 300 times, I can assure you that by 21 you will be at least 175.
That was what i am trained since 12 yo, my aunt was a former taiwanese model, she taught me to skip rope and play net balls. I have to do 300 skipping per day, 200 hula loop round my waist, jump 200 times before meal with sport bra on, (otherwise my boobs may sag) and play net ball 3 times a week in school and also at my Dad club.
It been going on till now, me stand at 176 only. weight 50kg, no sickness, clean and sharp, house full of trophies from netball games, longjump, highjump and triple jump.
So you try it out, you maybe a bit too old, but still have chance, because you are a boy. Another thing is that you must have determination and disciple, dun give up, most pple give up exercise stuff very easily. -
I know some guys are late bloomers. I wasn't very tall in pri school but started defing gravity when in sec school....... But at your age of 21, it is doubtful if there'll be any growth spurts anymore....
Better to concentrate on improving your other areas. If you can't do anything about your height, the earlier you accept the limitation, the better. Building your self-esteem is not dependent on height alone.
At the end of the day, whether one is tall, short, fat or thin is nary as important as one being hale & healthy!

Your issue is not so much so as an external issue which can be solved medically. Rather this whole issue about your height is really all about how you chose to handle your vertical challenge. I won't bother giving any medical advice because I think it will not cure your root problem, that is the chronic lack of self-confidence due to a lack of height. In your mind, you seem to equate social standing with height. To you, no height = no social standing = no face.
Yes height is undoubtedly a social issue. People tend to judge you based on that, but hey people tend to judge you on your superficial looks as well, right?
There's no point moping about your vertically challenged physique. So what if you are short? What matters is how you work around the obstacles you have.
Be confident about yourself. For example, if people misjudge your age, think it as you looking younger than your age (which can't be all bad in society. after all who doesn't want to look young?).
The worst kind of losers are not those who are short, but rather those who are short and continue to use the lack of height as an excuse to whine and mope further.
Come on brother, just present a confident front. It does not matter if people suan you for your height. Take it as it comes. From time to time, do retort it with a witty remark as appropriate and you may find your companions and even yourself laughing it off. Also, you may seem to be even more 'outstanding' in a sense. A stranger (or a stranger girl if you like to be optimistic) looking at your clique may tend to notice you first compared to others.
I used to whine and mope and thoroughly lack self-confidence in secondary school because of my height. However, my form teacher, even though I hate her, told me that as long as you present yourself confidently, height is definitely not a big issue. She told me two of her friend who are also vertically challenged males. One was self-confident and has a wide social circle. The other refused to do anything because he suffered from a chronic lack of confidence due to his height and he is just a whiny b1tch whom people shun.
Choose which one you want to be. I, compared to others here, can emphatise with your situation. I chose to be like the first person my teacher described. What about you?
Think it over, brother. Height is sometimes so insignificant an issue that years later, you look back and wonder why you were so caught up with it that you neglected other stuffs around you.

You do not need to seek anyone's help.
From what I know, there are no methods than one to make you taller medically. You could consider a leg extension if really necessary (warning: dead gory, involves cutting your bones... Adding a metal piece... Letting the skin/flesh heal and all)
But I hope you won't resolve to that.
