How to advance after tellling a girl that you like her?

  I have expressed my feelings for a girl earlier this year,she also said that she had feelings for me too.We have been talking on msn and sms each other and she seems quite comfortable with me talking to her.
  
  But i can tell she quite shy to meet me also la, that time i go back pri sch...then i saw her w her friend outside the basketball court,over the fence, while i was playing bb. She was lookin in la, nxt thing i knew she not dere liao.
  
  I dunno how to like further it, her parents kinda conservative i tink so not tt easi.
  Any advice on how to advance on the relationship?

  go out together and do some activities that don't require much interaction or intimacy..maybe first as a group, then slowly ask her out one on one.. ((:

  We do lunch together sometimes, but i wont want to stick to her like 24/7, not even 12/7 nor 6/7

  and btw if you are kenna rejected by the girl you likes, don't give up so easily being rejected for now doesn't mean she will reject you in the future
