Lost of someone...

  Today, a friend... someone whom I once spoke to everyday... committed suicide. Likely cause - depression.
  
  the last time i spoke to her was way before I became a therapist...
  
  if she knew what i could do to help her... i could have helped.
  
  if i had not been so busy to meet up... i could have found time.
  
  then.
  
  maybe.
  
  *Bessie (not her real name) would be alive.
  
  regrets... so sad... she was only in her thirties... how young

  condolences... whatever may or may not have happened in the past has gone by though, don't live life looking over your shoulder - you'll just bump into something (there's a message in there somewhere heh)

  I have a good friend during secondary school...
  we used to play chinese chess together during recess break...
  Haha... my buddy also during my camping days too...
  After O lvl , he get into Temasek poly and take up a diploma (something to do with legal)
  Then hor, he did something wierd.... I still remember...
  He called me and break our friendship which I dont even noe y...
  I was like "huh???"
  Well... he sound so firm .. so I just let it be lor...
  
  After 3 yrs later, I recieved news tat he commited suicide during his days of national service and somemore he is just a army clerk... He jumped down from HDB... I heard he cant take the pressure during NS...
  
  Well... probably, if I insist on keeping the friendship with him, maybe, he will still exist in this world... I feel sad and feel lost at tat time... But as time pass, I dont feel tat bad lah... but whenever, I heard of commit suicide... I always remembered him... lol... He is in my mind deeply lah...

  not sure which unit, but he working as hairdresser now.

  I am also under depression too, but luckily, i do not have the courage to commit sucide. Must be really sad to do it. Really need people to be around you during these difficult times...
