  i guess b4 seeking professional advice, if u have understanding family and frens u could go to them for support and advice too.. professional help sometimes doesn't work when u have no one else giving u moral and emotional support.

  doing anything in excess is no good... just cut down on that "excercise" and do something else....
  try ghost stories... when u r scared, u have no mood to masturbate anyway....
